General Cashier Questions

4.1 What is the Cashier and how does it work?

The Cashier handles all of the real money financial transactions, including deposits, transfers, bonuses and cash outs. If you want to play the Real Money Tables, you will need to download the Texas Hold'em Poker Software, create an Account, go to the Lobby and then add money to your Account at the Cashier.

4.2 What is the minimum and maximum deposit and cash in amounts?

Depositing/Adding Money: The minimum deposit is $50, and the maximum deposit depends on how long you have been playing at Texas Hold'em Poker and the payment method you use. For Player Status and credit limits available, see Player Status and Increasing Limits.

Cashing Out Money: The minimum amount to cash out is $50, except when using PayPal. For a detailed list of cash out minimums and fees for each payment method, see Receiving Your Cash Outs. All cash out requests are processed as promptly as possible subject to internal fraud review and bonus restriction compliance checks.

4.3 How do I increase my credit limit or player status?

We have four tiers of Player Status which govern how much you can add to your account without further verification. The four tiers are as follows: New Players, VIP Players, VIP Gold Players and VIP Platinum Players. For details on what is required for each tier and the credit limits available to each, please see Player Status and Increasing Limits.

4.4 What is the Email Validation Code and how do I validate it?

For security reasons, we email you an Email Validation Code that you must enter at Texas Hold'em Poker to validate that the email address you gave us is really your proper email address. The code is emailed to you when you open your Account and when you first attempt to add money to your Account. You will not be able to add money or play the Real Money Tables until you validate your email.

4.5 Are there any costs or fees for using the Cashier?

No, Texas Hold'em Poker does not charge for opening and maintaining an Account, and does not charge you for adding money to, or cashing out from, your Account. However, some fees may be applied to you by your credit card company or bank depending on how you want to send us money, or how you want to receive it. For example, if you send money to us by Western Union, then Western Union charges will apply. Or if you request a cash out and want us to wire you the money, you will be charged a wire fee by your bank, and by us, depending on the amount of transfer. 4.6 What currencies does Texas Hold'em Poker Online transact in?

Texas Hold'em Poker transacts in US Dollars Only. However, we accept all foreign currencies but they will be converted into US Dollars by your bank at the bank's standard conversion rates.

4.7 How do I get an account statement of my financial transactions and game results?

To receive a list of all your financial transactions with Texas Hold'em Poker, please login into the Texas Hold'em Poker Software and click 'Cashier' and then 'Show History'. You will automatically receive a report of your most recent financial transactions in and out of your Account.

To receive a list of games played and outcomes, please contact our Customer Care Department, and we will send you a detailed log on the game in question. Please be sure to specify which game you want information on for faster service.

4.8 What payment methods do you accept for me to add funds to my account?

We accept many different payment methods including credit cards, checks, wires, PayPal, FirePay, electronic checks, Western Union and more. For a complete list of payment methods accepted, please see Cashier Information.

Add Money to Your Account

4.9 How do I add money to my account?
Login to the Texas Hold'em Poker Software and then click 'Cashier'. Then select 'Add Money'. On the next page you will need to enter the amount you want to add and select which payment method you want to use. Each method will vary in procedure, transfer time to us, and fees. For a list of acceptable payment methods, transfer times and fees, see the Cashier Information.

Once we receive confirmation of the money being transferred to us, the amount will be deposited into your Account and reflected in your Account Balance.

We will email you a receipt of each deposit and cash out you make. Please keep these receipts for your records. Each receipt will detail the amount charged, how it will appear on your bank statement and any bonus amounts that were added to your Account Balance and for which promotion.

Cashing Out From Your Account

4.10 How do I cash out from my account?

Login to the Cashier and select "Cash Out". Enter the amount you want to cash out and then click 'Submit.' The amount cashed out will be processed as follows:

  1. We may attempt to reverse out any charges made to your credit card or debit cards to the extent possible; and

  2. Any remaining money will be paid to you by check, wire or via PayPal, as you prefer, subject to the processing fees as listed at Cashier Information.

Upon completion of your request, we will email you a receipt containing a confirmation number and detailed information of the amount cashed out and how it is being sent to you. Please keep this receipt for your records.

4.11 Are there any restrictions before I can cash out?

Yes. For security reasons, we do not let you withdraw for 8 hours from the time of your last deposit. You must wait at least 8 hours from the time of your last deposit before cashing out money from your account.

Also, if you have received complimentary or bonus money into your account, you must comply with any bonus restriction contained in the offer and/or with our Standard Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions. If you have not satisfied these restrictions, then you will not be able to withdraw any amount until you satisfy the bonus restrictions.

4.12 Can I modify/cancel my cash out after I make it?

Depending on the status of your cash out, you may or may not be able to modify or cancel a cash out before it is actually approved or sent out. Please contact our Customer Care Deparment for more information.

4.13 How long after I make a cash out will I receive my money?

Depending on which payment method you chose for us to send your money with, the time will vary. For a list of options of how to receive your money from us, transfer time and fees; please see Receiving Your Cash Outs.
