What credit cards are accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard; however, please note that several credit card companies are automatically declining their cardholders' transactions at egaming sites. If you continue to get declined at egaming sites, this is why. In such cases, we suggest that you select another payment method as listed in our Cashier Information.

How do I add money to my account using credit cards?

1. Login into the Texas Hold'em Poker Software and then go to 'Cashier'

2. Select 'Add Money'

3. On the next screen enter the amount you want to add and click 'Credit Card' as your desired payment method.

4. Enter the requested information, and be careful to enter the following information correctly, then click 'Continue':

• Billing address - This must be the address your credit card statement is mailed to, or the transaction will decline for non match address verification.
  
  
• CVV - This is the 3 digit code on the back of your credit card and is required for security reasons.
  
  
• Bonus Code that you have, if any.
  

5. The next screen will indicate whether or not your credit card transaction was accepted or rejected.

6. If rejected, you will get an error message with the explanation.

7. If accepted, you will get the "Successful Deposit" page and then the window will close automatically and you will be back in the Lobby.

8. Please allow one to two minutes for the deposit to be reflected in your account.

How do I cash out my winnings using my credit card?

Generally you will not be able to receive your winnings on your credit card. When you cash out, you may select (as you prefer) to have your winnings paid to you via PayPal, Wire or check by mail. For more information on cashing out, see Receiving Your Cash Outs.
In some instances however, we may at our sole discretion, pay part of your winnings by crediting back your credit card(s) up to the amount of any deposits that you made using your credit card(s). In such cases we will email you as to what amount we credited back to your credit card(s) and then we will send any remaining balance of your cash out to you in the method you selected.
