What is iGM-Pay and why should I use it?

iGM-Pay is safe, secure and gives you instant access to our games. Best of all it is fast and easy to use, and is totally FREE.

To use iGM-Pay and make a deposit to your poker Account now, all you need to do is provide us the same information that appears on your checks, and we send it to your bank the same way a store does when you write them a paper check, only we do it electronically (and you can use any bank account, not only your checking account).

How does it work?

1. Login to the Texas Hold'em Poker Software, click 'Cashier' and then 'Other Payment Options' OR login to the MY ACCOUNT SECTION and click 'iGM-Pay'.
   
   
2. On the next page, enter your bank information (US Accounts Only) and click 'Submit'.
   
   
3. We will then confirm your bank account information by making two small deposits to it (less than $1).
   
   
4. When these small deposits appear in your account (2-3 business days) let us know what the amounts were and we will fully activate your account.
   
   
5. Thereafter you will be able to transfer to us from your bank account whenever you want, PLUS WE WILL PAY YOU BACK TO THE SAME ACCOUNT, ELECTRONICALLY. It is the best and fastest way to receive your winnings!!!
   
   
6. Best of all it is totally FREE for you to use.

How safe is it?

eChecks by iGM-Pay is very safe and secure. In fact it is safer than writing a check and giving it to a store clerk because our system is secured with 128-bit encryption and your information is passed electronically from us directly to your bank through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network used by all major banks, so it paperless and promptly processed the same way all e bills are.

How Long Does it take to set up my account and make my first deposit to my poker Account?

Initially, when you use iGM-Pay, you must register and then verify your bank account. This process takes 2-3 business days because first you provide your bank details and then two small deposits (less than $1) are made to your account for you to verify. These small deposits are sent immediately after you register, but may not appear in your bank account for 2-3 business days. Once they appear and you let us know what the amounts are, then your account will be verified and you are ready to make your first deposit.

You only have to become bank verified once; however, every electronic check transfer will take up to 7 business days to clear with our financial institution and your poker Account will be credited only after the money has cleared from your bank account.

4.1 How long does it take before I can play with the money?

Generally, your poker Account will be credited only after the money has cleared your bank account; however, in certain cases, you will be entitled to instant transfers which solely depend on your player status and information provided to iGM-Pay by the Automated Clearing House(ACH) Network.

4.2 How many electronic checks can I write?

There is no limit to the number of electronic checks you may write. However, you can only have a maximum of three electronic checks pending clearance at any interval of time.

4.3 How many bank accounts can I register at iGM-Pay?

You can register two bank accounts; however, the first one registered needs to be verified first, in order for you to register your other bank account.

Can I cash out using iGM-Pay?

Starting November 25, 2002, you will be able to cash out using eChecks by iGM-Pay.

5.1 Can I cash out more than my initial deposit using IGM-Pay?

Yes, you may cash out more than your initial deposit provided that you have a registered and verified bank account with iGM-Pay. Please remember that our internal review team reviews all cash outs before they are sent out. This is for security purposes.

5.2 Can I cash out the same day I send an electronic check?

Yes, you may cash out the same day of your deposit provided that your electronic check money has cleared with our financial institution and that your cash out is approved by our internal review team.

5.3 Can I cash out through iGM-Pay if I deposited through other means?

Although we do allow cash outs through iGM-Pay for deposits made through other means, we recommend that you contact our Payment Processing Department at info@pay-pro.com for more information, as the response will depend on different things, such as means of deposit, clearance of money and player status.

5.4 What is the average processing time for a cash out using iGM-Pay?

It will take a total of approximately 5-7 business days because all cash outs are first reviewed by our internal review team.
